三维层状骨架结构锶硅分子筛AMH-3的水热合成研究及其表征

摘要 采用水热合成法,在不加入三氯化钛的条件下,合成出了具有三维层状骨架结构的锶硅分子筛AMH-3。对AMH-3的合成条件进行了考察,并采用了SEM、XRD、TG-DSC等方法对合成样品进行了物理化学性能表征。结果表明,在不加三氯化钛合成AMH-3的体系中,硅源的选择具有决定作用,同时n(Na2O)/n(SrO)和n(SiO2)/n(SrO)也是影响AMH-3合成的主要因素;XRD、TG-DSC研究结果表明,合成样品在450℃煅烧后,其骨架结构保持稳定。 The three-dimensional layered silicate AMH-3 was obtained in the absence of titanium using silica sol as silica source.Focused on the system,the effect of different synthesis conditions were investigated,and the physicochemical properties of the materials obtained were characterization by XRD,SEM and TG-DSC methods.It was confirmed that the silica source is critical for the formation of AMH-3,the molar ratios of Na2O/SrO and SiO2/SrO also play important roles on the synthesis of AMH-3.The results of XRD and TG-DSC analyses indicate that the framework structure is intact after the calcination at 450 ℃.
