组合荷载作用下腐蚀缺陷管道的极限承载力 被引量:10

摘要 腐蚀缺陷的存在会降低管道的承载力,影响管道的正常运行。考虑了管道轴向与环向材料强度的各向异性,提出了腐蚀缺陷压力管道在内压、轴力和弯矩组合荷载作用下极限承载力的一组广义解。推导了等深度腐蚀、椭圆腐蚀和抛物线三种形状腐蚀缺陷管道的解析解。通过算例验证了解析解与广义解结果具有很好的吻合性。腐蚀形状对极限承载力有显著影响,把实际腐蚀简化为等深度腐蚀,将会过低估计管道的极限承载力。 Corrosion defects would reduce the ultimate flexural capacity of pipes.Considering anisotropy of pipe strength,general solutions to ultimate flexural capacity of pipeline with arbitrary shape corrosion defects subject to combined internal pressure,axial force and bending moment are proposed.Furthermore,closed-form analytical solutions are derived for pipes with elliptical and parabolic shaped corrosion defects.Two numerical examples show that the results from closed-form solutions are in agreement with those from general solutions.Corrosion shapes have significant effect on ultimate flexural capacity of corroded pipe.The ultimate capacity of corroded pipeline would be underestimated if actual corrosion shape be simplified as constant-depth shape.
