摘要
促进科技创新的新型金融服务体系已经成为加快转型发展、占领创新型经济高地的支撑和保障。本文以此为背景,在前人已有的研究成果上,对我国现有人才的状况进行描述后,构建科技金融服务体系的人才培养模型,考虑知识与人员之间的映射关系,用网络模型对这两种要素构成的网络进行集成,用一个层次网络模型来表示面向科技金融服务体系的人才培养结构,并提出了应该如何培养科技人才的政策及建议,旨在强调要建立健全科技金融服务体系,就必须注重人才的开发,大力发展人才资源。
The new financial service system, which facilitates scientific and technological innovation, has strongly supported and guaranteed the rapid transformation and the capture of innovation highlands. Against this specific background and based on previous studies, the paper centers on the talent development model in building sci-tech financial service system as well as the relationship between knowledge and personnel. A network is established with these two elements integrated. The one-layer network model presents the talent-developing structure orientated towards the sei-tech financial service system. Policies and suggestions on developing scientific and technological talents are proposed in order to achieve the point that it is imperative to attach importance to talent-development for the sake of an improved and perfected sci-tech financial service system.
