摘要
本文对近年来有关硝苯地平缓释片不良反应的文献资料进行归纳。本品少见的不良反应包括过敏反应、全身水肿、牙龈增生、大量夜尿、尿失禁、眼结膜出血、肝损害、黄疸、嗅觉丧失、耳鸣、双下肢麻木等。
The article concludes the recent literatures which related to adverse effects of nifedipine sustained-release tablets,some rare adverse effects are also included,such as allergic reaction,anasarca,gingival hyperplasia,massive urine at night,incontinence,conjunctivas hemorrhage,liver injury,hemolytic jaundice,olfactory anesthesia,tinnitus and anesthesia of double lower limbs.
