摘要
根据发电机组参与电网机电振荡的内在机理,提出了基于单机无穷大系统的互联电网机组PSS协调整定方法。此方法适合于在互联电网所有涉网机组的PSS协调整定,在提高机组自身稳定性能的同时,协调发挥各自对电网中全局振荡模式的阻尼贡献,从而达到整体提高互联电网稳定性能的目的。四机两区域小系统以及华东电网2008年典型运行方式和特殊运行方式的应用计算结果都验证了该方法的有效性。
According to the intrinsic mechanism of the generator units participating in the power grid electromechanical oscillation,the single unit infinity system based PSS coordinated tuning method was proposed for the interconnected power grid units.The method was suitable for the PSS coordinated tuning of all the networked units in the interconnected power grid.While the stability of the units was improved,the damp contribution of each unit was coordinately developed to the global oscillation mode of the power grid,which consequently achieved the goal of wholly improving the stability performance of the interconnected power grid.The proposed method was applied in the typical and special operation modes of four units in two areas small system as well as East China Grid.The calculation results of the application showed the effectiveness of the method.
