摘要
在多年的太极拳教学过程中,本人通过总结经验探讨规律,创编了太极拳"四步曲"教学模式,即第一步先练"走"、后练"手";第二步先剖析、后学习;第三步先"粗"练、后"细"练;第四步先领练、后引导,从而获得最佳的教学效果,提高了太极拳的教学质量。
The"four-step"teaching mode is created through several years teaching process and focus on the course of Tai Chi (Taijiquan).Furthermore,it is polished by my experience-summarization and principle-research.This teaching mode,as the name implies,embodies four stages in one class,aiming to achieve the superb cultiving con- sequences as well as intending to boost the teaching quality of Tai Chi.The 1st stage comprises the presentation of lower-limb movement,preceded the upper-limb movement.The 2nd stage consists of explanation,followed by teaching.The 3rd stage is composed of the successive general and detailed training.The 4th stage,the last but not the least,constitutes the exercise on students' part in accordance with a former illustration and a latter supervision on teacher's part.
