摘要
以丙烯酰胺、CS2和NaOH为原料合成了一种高分子重金属螯合絮凝剂--聚丙烯酰胺黄原酸酯(PAMX).采用IR和元素分析对其结构进行了表征,研究了投加量,pH值和特性粘数对Cu2+,Ni2+模拟废水的去除效果,并考察了絮凝沉降速度和螯合沉淀物的稳定性.结果表明,处理Cu2+,Ni2+含量分别为25 mg/L和50 mg/L的模拟重金属废水,其残余重金属离子浓度均能达到国家污水综合排放一级标准(GB8978-1996);PAMX有较宽的pH值适用范围,其最佳特性粘数为1.63 dL/g;产生的絮体具有优良的沉降性能,所得螯合沉淀物具有良好的化学稳定性.表明PAMX兼具良好的螯合和絮凝性能.
Polyacrylamide xanthogenate(PAMX),a new kind of polymeric heavy metal chelating flocculant,was prepared from acrylamide(AM),carbon disulfide and sodium hydroxide,and its structure was characterized by means of IR and elementary analysis.Effect of dosage,pH value and intrinsic viscosity of PAMX on removal rate of Cu2+ and Ni2+ ions was studied,the settling rate and the stability of the chelating precipitates were also investigated.The results show that,when the concentrations of the simulated wastewaters containing Cu2+ or Ni2+ are 25 mg/L and 50 mg/L,respectively,the residual concentrations of heavy metal ions meet the first grade criteria of China's Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996);PAMX has a wider suitable pH range,its optimal intrinsic viscosity is 1.63 dL/g;the flosc formed have excellent sedimentation property and the chelating precipitates have good stability.The above results indicate that PAMX has both strong chelating ability and good flocculation perfermance.
