摘要
囊虫病是目前我国重点防治的人兽共患寄生虫病之一,随着科技的发展,其免疫学研究得以逐步扩展和完善,对囊虫病的防治工作起到了积极的推进作用,本文就囊虫病的抗原特点、免疫逃避机制、免疫学诊断技术及免疫防治等方面的研究热点进行回顾与展望。
Cysticercosis is one of the parasitic zoonoses,which is the key object of prevention and treatment in China at present.With the development of the science and technology,immunological study of cysticercosis was extended gradually and perfectly,which facilitated the prevention and treatment of cysticercosis.We make a brief review and outlook for the characteristics of antigen,immune escape,immune diagnosis and vaccine synthesis.
