平行四波长高效液相指纹图谱鉴定十全大补丸质量 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立十全大补丸(Shiquan Dabu Wan,SQDBW)平行四波长高效液相色谱指纹图谱,依据系统指纹定量法结合全息整合法定量鉴定十全大补丸整体质量。方法采用RP-HPLC法,以5-羟甲基糠醛为参照物峰,在265、290、326和360 nm波长下检测,分别确定了51、44、37和17个共有峰,建立了SQDBW的平行四波长高效液相色谱指纹图谱。分别以独立权重法、均值法和投影参数法整合四波长下各样品的定性定量全信息,最终用最简捷准确的均值法评价10批样品的质量等级。结果 10批样品中6批的等级为良好以上,2批为一般,1批为次,1批为劣。结论平行多波长指纹图谱整合法是基于从全信息角度整体定性和定量鉴定中药质量的有效可信方法,其定量鉴定结果具有可靠性。 Objective To establish parallel 4 wavelength high performance liquid chromatography (PFW-HPLC) fingerprints of Shiquan Dabu Wan (SQDBW) and identify their quality by integrating overall information method (IOIM) based on systematically quantified fingerprint method (SQFM). Methods The chromatographic fingerprints (CFPs) were developed by reversed phase HPLC, in which 51, 44, 37 and 17 co possessing peaks were marked respectively at 265, 290, 326, and 360 nm, by choosing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural peak as the referential peak. The 4 wavelength HPLC fingerprints of SQDBWs were established. The independent weighted method (IWM), average method (AM) and project parameter method (PPM) were used respectively to integrate different chemical qualitative and quantitative information from the PFW HPLC fingerprints of different samples. The quality of 10 batches of SQDBWs was finally identified by the average method which was the briefest and most accurate method. Results Five hatches of SQDBWs were above good level, 3 batches were at common level, 1 was inferior and 1 was worst. Conclusion The parallel multiple wavelength HPLC fingerprint, which is effective and reliable, can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze traditional Chinese medicine. The method is very reliable.
