摘要
【目的】降低棉花生产中每年因喷施缩节胺和打顶等农技措施增加的棉花生产成本,促进增产增收,提高棉农收益。【方法】2005年4月通过离子束注入技术,分别用注入剂量为8×1016和12×1016N+/cm2处理早熟陆地棉高代品系B-02,从中获取棉花矮化突变体植株。【结果】通过2005-2009年连续多代的筛选获得了不用喷缩节胺、不用打顶、株高小于60和60-70 cm,且品质优于原高代品系B-02的两个系列矮化株系。【结论】通过对矮化植株的SSR分析,表明矮化突变株与原高代品系B-02相比具有较多的遗传差异,为新疆棉花矮化育种创造了新的种质资源。
【Objective】In order to reduce the cotton production cost for spraying DPC and topping;【Method】In April 2005,we used ion beam implantation techniques,respectively injected volume 8×1016 and 12×1016N+/cm2 dose to treat upland cotton strain B-02.By this way we got many dwarf mutant cotton plants,which shows ion beam implantation were related with the height of the dwarf mutant plants.【Result】By screening for 2005-2009 years we obtained the two dwarf lines with height 60 cm and height 60-70 cm.【Conclusion】It was found that by analysis of SSR of dwarf strains and in comparison between upland cotton strain B-02 and dwarf mutant cotton plants,the latter obtained more genetic difference,which created the new germplasm resources for dwarfing breeding of cotton in Xinjinag.
