摘要
目的:了解高能聚焦超声热疗的升温效应和生物效应及安全性。方法:分别以活体猪肾及肝、膀胱、结肠壁、卵巢、大血管作为靶组织进行体外聚焦热疗(focused extracorporealpyrotherapy,FEP) 实验,观察靶区温度升高、温度分布和靶组织热疗后的病理改变。结果:FEP可在活体猪肾、肝等组织内形成一大于70 ℃的局限性高温区,FEP后靶组织的病理过程为坏死、液化、纤维化。结论:高能聚焦超声热疗可用于机载B超可探及的腹、盆腔实体肿瘤的治疗。
Objective: To evaluate the thermal effect, bioeffect and safety of FEP. Methods: Studies on pig's kidney, liver, bladder, colon, ovary and large vessels in vivo , the thermal effect of FEP, distribution of temperature and pathologic changes after FEP were observed. Results: Local high temperatures(>70℃)were observed in pig's kidney, liver in vivo . The pathologic changes of target tissues after FEP were necrosis, liquidizatin and fibrosis. Conclusion: FEP can be used to treat solid tumors detected by located B ultrasound in abdomen and pelvis.
