摘要
采用正交试验,考察PH值、料液比、提取时间三种因素对桑叶中生物碱脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)提取工艺的影响,通过高效液相衍生处理方法对含量进行检测,得到最佳的提取工艺为:提取液的酸度为0.2%,料液比1 5,提取时间1.5小时。
Using orthogonal test method,this paper studies the influnce that the pH rate,the liquor ratio and extraction time have on the DNJ extraction technology in mulberry leaves.Testing the content by High Performance Liquid Chromatography,the best extration condition is determined.That is：acidity 0.2%,powder/solvent=1： 5,1.5hours.
