摘要
ASM测试工况由于先加速后恒速的特点,在车辆运行恒速阶段要求扭矩误差在该工况设定扭矩的±5%以内,模糊自整定PID控制在ASM测试工况中可以做到在线整定参数,跟随扭矩振荡自适应调节PID控制的三个关键参数,采用模糊控制和传统PID控制相结合,在Matlab 7.0中模拟仿真,运行结果表明,在ASM测试控制中,抗干扰能力显著增强,超调量小,过渡时间短,控制精度明显提高。
Based on the characteristics of ASM test condition,at the constant speed stage which required vehicle′s torque error less than ±5% compare with the torque settings.This paper discussed the application of fuzzy self-tuning PID control in constant torque control on chassis dynamometer,combined fuzzy control and conventional PID control method in the simulation in Matlab 7.0,The experimentation results demonstrated that fuzzy-PID control has strong anti-interference ability,small overshoot,short adjustment time and highly precision.This particular control method could be widely used in industry.
