摘要
南疆特色林果种植面积每年以百万亩的定植规模加速推进,优势品种区域化发展,林果基地建设已初具规模,林果收入成为农民增收的主要来源之一,但是林果产品加工转化率较低,技术落后,产业加工层次低、产业链短,初级加工产品居多,深加工产品和高附加值产品仍偏少,林果产品加工业的发展与林果业的发展不相适应。果品采后加工率仅为6.63%,果品增值和竞争处于劣势。根据南疆特色林果种植和加工的现状以及国内外林果发展现状和技术趋势,指出了特色林果加工中存在的问题并提出了相应的建议。
The plantation scale of featured forest - fruit have been accelerating by millions acres per year in southern Xinjiang. With the development of dominant species zones and forest - fruit bases, the income of farmers is mainly from forest - fruit industry. But some problems make the forest - fruit product processing industry can＇ t catch up with the development of forest - fruit plantation. These problems include low processing efficiency, backward technology, low level of pricessing, short processing chain and most of all is that the primary processed products still is the majority, and there are less deep processed products and high value- added products. The post - harvest processing rate for forest fruits is 6.63 % only. The above problems lead the forest - fruit＇ s add - value into a disadvantageous competition condition. According to the development situation of forest - fruit plantation and processing industry in southern Xinjiang, and the forest - fruit plantation and technology trend at home and abroad, the existed problems in forest - fruit processing and corresponding suggestions have been proposed in this paper.
