摘要
目的探讨胃癌手术后发生腹腔感染的危险因素。方法回顾性分析2006年10月～2010年6月确诊的182例胃癌患者的临床资料,将其中手术后发生腹腔感染并发症患者90例作为观察组,未发生感染的92例患者作为对照组。以与发生腹腔感染有关的因素为变量组进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析。结果单因素及多因素Logistic分析显示,8个因素中与腹腔感染发生有关的3个分别是术中失血量、术前合并症、联合胰体尾及脾切除。结论胃癌手术后发生腹腔感染的原因是多因素的,术前合并症、术中出血量和联合胰体尾及脾切除是其主要危险因素。
Objective To explore the multiple factors of abdominal infection after operation for gastric cancer.Methods The clinical data of 182 cases of gastric cancer which underwent operation from 2006 to 2010 were analyzed by using binary logistic regression.Results Among 8 factors,3 factors were proved to be risk factors for abdominal infection after operation by analysis of single and multiple variables.They were preoperative complications,hemorrhagic volume and the removal of the pancreas and spleen.Conclusion Abdominal infection is affected by many factors after operation for gastric cancer.It is important to pay attention to them in preventing the onset of abdominal infection.
