摘要
利用SPSS软件中Kruskal Wallis Test,介绍如何对毒理学生殖毒理实验中胚胎-胎仔发育毒性实验的各组间骨骼畸形率进行多个独立样本秩和检验,并对主要输出结果进行解释,且对后续的分析提供了统计方法。
By using the Kruskal-Wallis Test in SPSS,describe how to test the rate of fetal rats skeletal malformations in embryo-fetal developmental toxicity,and we explain the output of the analysis.In addition,provides a statistical method for the follow-up analysis.
