摘要
[目的]研究燕麦β-葡聚糖对正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。[方法]尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶复制糖尿病小鼠模型。连续30d给予正常小鼠和四氧嘧啶糖尿病模型小鼠燕麦β-葡聚糖,30d后尾静脉取血,测定小鼠空腹血糖及糖耐量。[结果]燕麦β-葡聚糖3.0g/kg剂量组能显著降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖,增强糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖负荷糖耐量,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),燕麦β-葡聚糖对正常小鼠的空腹血糖没有影响。[结论]燕麦β-葡聚糖能降低四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的血糖水平。
[Objective] To study the effect of Oat β-glucan on blood glucose in normal and diabetic mice induced by alloxan. [Methods] The living diabetic mice model was established by injecting alloxan into the tail vein. Normal mice and alloxan-induced diabetic mice were fed by Oat β-glucan for 30 days, and then the blood glucose in normal mice and diabetic mice was assayed. [Results] The blood glucose level of diabetic mice fed by Oat β-glucan 3.0g / kg was lower than that of the model group evidently, P﹤0.01. Oat β-glucan had no effect on blood glucose in normal mice. [Conclusion] Oat β-glucan could effectively decrease blood glucose in diabetic mice.
