摘要
利用欧洲腰椎体模对三家公司生产的8台双能X射线骨密度仪作了测量分析。结果显示,6台仪器间测量结果在同一分析条件下有较好的同一性,BMD最大偏差为3%,BMD平均偏差为1.0%。两家不同公司生产的两台仪器间测量结果有一定的差异,可达10%以上。从测定结果所得的校正公式与国际DXA标准化委员会所提供的校正公式之间有较好的可比性。
We had a European Spine Phantom (ESP) to be measured at three DXA machines each made by three corporations and six Lunar DPX system DXA machines so as to cross calibrate measuring results. The results have good accordance in six Lunar DPX system machines; but the measuring results showed apparent differences among three corporations′ DXA machines. Cross calibration functions through our results have good accordance with the functions given by International DXA Standardization Committee(IDSC).
