摘要
在对陕西省关中部分农村进行问卷调查和实地调研的基础上,通过比较对农村住宅影响比较重要的成本、安全耐久性、内部舒适度、外部美观程度、布局设计、结构形式及低碳节能环保等因素,运用统计学方法,分析了受访者的性别、年龄、文化程度、家庭年收入及现在住宅结构等因素与将来住宅结构选择的相关性与显著性,总结出农民建房时对住宅及住宅结构选择的倾向,并根据分析结果提出在陕西省新农村建设中推广轻钢结构住宅的建议。
Based on the questionnaire survey and field investigation in some rural Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province,and through comparing some very important influencing factors on rural residence,such as cost,security,durability,interior comfort,external beauty,housing layout design,structure,low-carbon,energy-saving,environmental protection and so on,the correlation and significance between the factors including the gender,age,education,annual household income and present residential structure of the interviewees and their choice of future residential structure were analyzed by using statistical method,and then the farmers＇ tendency in constructing houses and selecting house patterns were summarized,finally it was proposed from the analysis results that the light steel structure could be popularized during the new countryside construction of Shaanxi Province.
