摘要
1日龄雏鸡马立克氏病强毒（vMDV）感染并注射黄芪多糖和香菇多糖后，均可降低马立克氏病（MD）发病率和MD死亡率，显著增强中枢和外周淋巴器官和主要实质器官含硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（Se-GSHPx）活性（P＜0.05，P＜0.01），明显降低过氧化脂质（LP）的含量。表明两种多糖对vMDV所致雏鸡免疫器官和主要实质器官组织的自由基损伤有保护作用，两种多糖的保护作用具有器官选择性和发挥作用的时限性。
After the chicks were infected with virulent March's disease virus(vMDV), and were injected with Astragalan and Lentinan, the activity of Se-GSHPx in central,peripheral lymphoid organs and main parechymatous organs was significantly enhanced(p ＜0.05, P＜0.01), and the content of LPO was significantly decreased(P＜0.05 ), The results shown: Astragalan and Lentinan have the prtective effects of the chicks from free radicas damage indutal by vMDV , and the protective effects has the selectivity in the organs and the effective date.
