摘要
针对汽车转向器齿轮齿条的失效问题,建立了基于UG-ADAMS软件的齿轮齿条式转向器的虚拟样机模型,并进行干涉检测、运动学和动力学仿真。根据仿真结果中齿轮齿条所受的最大载荷,通过ANSYS软件分析齿轮齿条的齿根弯曲应力、齿面接触应力及疲劳寿命。仿真结果表明:基于CAD/CAE软件的分析与传统公式计算结果吻合,证实了建立的齿轮齿条式转向器虚拟样机的正确性,为汽车转向器的动态设计、优化设计和可靠性设计提供了参考,能有效提高产品设计效率。
For the rack and pinion failure of steering gear,a virtual prototype model of which based on UG and ADAMS was established,and the interference detection,kinematic and dynamic simulations were conducted.According to the simulation results,the maximum load of rack and pinion suffered was obtained.The tooth root bending stress,tooth surface contacting stress and fatigue life of rack and pinion under the maximum load was analyzed by ANSYS.The results showed that based on CAD/CAE software analysis results agreed with the traditional formula,the correctness of the established virtual prototype was confirmed,the basis of the structure of the dynamic design,optimal design and reliability of the design is provided,and therefore the product design efficiency could be improved effectively.
