摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为改性剂,在微波加热条件下制备了微波有机改性膨润土,并研究了该改性膨润土对主要含活性翠绿KN(蒽醌类)和活性嫩黄K(醌类)、色度和CODCr分别为2 000倍和620 mg/L的染料废水的处理效果。试验结果表明,在pH=6.0,微波有机改性膨润土投加量为2 g/L,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为15 min的条件下,染料废水的脱色率和CODCr去除率可分别达到97.5%和92.8%,处理效果不仅优于传统有机改性膨润土,而且优于活性炭。
The microwave-organic modified bentonite was synthesized by using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as modifier under microwave heating condition.The adsorptive effects of modified bentonite on reactive emerald green KN(anthraquinone) and reactive flavine K(quinine),and dye wastewater with 2 000 color tint and 620 mg/L of CODCr were investigated.The results showed that the decolorization rate and CODCr removal efficiency of dye wastewater reached 97.5% and 92.8% respectively under the condition of solution pH value 6.0,modified bentonite dosage of 2 g,and reaction time of 15 min at temperature of 60 ℃.Its treatment effect is better than that of the traditional organic modified bentonite and activated carbon as well.
