摘要
研究了5种酚类物质和7种化学杀菌剂对枇杷炭疽病菌和孢子萌发的抑制效果。结果表明,5种酚类物质中,苯酚对枇杷炭疽菌的抑制作用最强,抑菌率为70.17%,对苯二酚对分生孢子的萌发抑制作用显著,抑制率为80.8%;7种化学药剂以汤普森甲托、施保功对枇杷炭疽菌的抑制效果较好,平均抑菌率分别为80.23%和78.23%;汤普森甲托对枇杷炭疽菌的孢子萌发抑制作用最强,抑制率为61.92%。
Inhibition effects of the five phenolic compounds and seven fungicides on the mycelial growth and conidial germination of Colletotrichum Gloeosporioides Penz.on laquat were studied.The results showed that,the inhibition effect of phenol was the best among five phenolic compounds,the percentage of inhibiting the hyphal growth was 70.17%.Hydroquinone inhibited conidial germination effectively,the inhibition of germination was 80.8%.Tunpsion and Sporgon could inhibit the hyphal growth most effectively,the percent of inhibition were 80.23% and 78.23% separately.Tunpsion inhibited conidial germination effectively,the inhibition of spore germination was 61.92%.
