摘要
利用异化铁还原微生物去除高岭土中的3价氧化铁杂质,研究pH和温度对高岭土中3价氧化铁去除的影响,分析了高岭土生物除铁过程中pH、UORP和葡萄糖质量浓度变化趋势.采用Logistic方程对不同pH去除高岭土中3价铁杂质的过程进行拟合.结果表明:pH和温度对高岭土生物除铁有较大的影响,生物除铁的最适pH为7,最适温度为30℃.在生物除铁过程中葡萄糖质量浓度、pH及UORP均随着高岭土中的3价氧化铁去除量的增加而降低.
Bioleaching of Fe(Ⅲ) oxides impurities from kaolin sample was carried out using indigenous iron reducing microorganisms,where the effect of pH and temperature on the efficiency of Fe(Ⅲ) removal was investigated.The important parameters such as pH,UORP and glucose varied with the process of Fe(Ⅲ) reduction in kaolin have been analyzed.In addition,the Logistic model was used to investigate the effect of pH on Fe(Ⅲ) reduction from kaolin.Results showed that both pH and temperature impacted the reduction capacity.The pH and temperature optimum for Fe(Ⅲ) reduction were 7 and 30 ℃,respectively.During the process of Fe(Ⅲ) reduction,pH,UORP,and glucose decreased with the increasing of reduction capacity.
