超支化聚酰胺-胺防沾色剂的合成及性能初探 被引量:4

摘要 采用丙烯酸甲酯(MA)与二乙烯基三胺(DTA)为主要原料,采用Michael(麦克尔)加成和熔融聚合两步法合成了一种水溶性的超支化聚合物端氨基超支化聚酰胺-胺(HPAMAM—NH2)。选用10种水溶性染料,配成染液,加入该超支化聚合物后可使染料絮凝,阻止染料与纤维结合,从而达到去除浮色和防沾色效果。以活性橙K-GN为代表,在30℃,pH值为5~6的条件下用少量HPAMAM(<10 g/L)处理15~30 min,能达到良好的防沾色效果。 A novel kind of water-soluble hyperbranched polymer, the amino-terminated hyperbranched polyamidoamine( HPAMAM-NH2) , is synthesized by the Michael addition and melt polymerization of methyl acrylate (MA) and diethylenetriamine (DTA). HPAMAM is added to the selected ten kinds of water-soluble dyes solution separately. The flocculated dye prevents the dye and fiber from combining, the removal of loose color and anti-staining effect are achieved. Taking reactive orange K-GN as an example, satisfying anti -staining result is achieved under the condition of pH value 5 -6, with little dosage of HPAMAM 〈 10g/L) at 30℃ for 15- 30min.
