摘要
中小企业无论从数量、吸纳就业和产值比重等方面在国民经济中具有举足轻重的地位。技术创新是中小企业持续发展的动力,也是国家成功转变经济发展方式的重要决定因素。目前我国中小企业在技术创新过程中仍面临着很多问题,改变这些问题需要中小企业、政府和全社会的共同努力。
Minor Enterprises play an important role in the national economy no matter in the aspects of quantity,job absorption or in the share of output value.Technological innovation is both the power resource for minor enterprises and the decisive factor of successful economic growth transform mode.Presently,our minor enterprises are faced with many problems in the process of technological innovation.United efforts from minor enterprises,the government and the society are needed in order to solve these problems.
