摘要
目的探讨磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD)在巴洛沙星滴眼液制备中应用的可行性与优势。方法制备处方中含或不含SBE-β-CD的巴洛沙星滴眼液;分别以紫外分光光度法与高效液相色谱法测定滴眼液中的药物含量与有关物质;对比研究处方中含或不含SBE-β-CD的滴眼液的强光照射稳定性、高热稳定性以及对家兔眼部的刺激性。结果处方加入SBE-β-CD可显著降低药物的眼部刺激性,并显著增加巴洛沙星滴眼液在强光照射下的稳定性。结论 SBE-β-CD具有增加药物稳定性的作用。
Objective To investigate the application of sulfobutyl-ether-β-cyclodextrin（SBE-β-CD） in eye drops of balofloxacin preparation.Methods Prepared the eye drops of balofloxacin with and without SBE-β-CD.Comparatively investigated their drug content with UV spectrometry,related substances with HPLC,stability under light and heat,as well as the eye irritations.Results SBE-β-CD significantly reduced eye irristations of the eye drops with drug.SBE-β-CD also significant improved the stability of eye drops of balofloxacin under light.Conclusion The inclusion by SBE-β-CD effectively prevents degradation of balofloxacin under light.
