摘要
蛋白激酶CK2是一种在真核细胞中普遍存在的高度保守信使非依赖性丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,功能多样,对细胞生长、增殖、凋亡及生物节律等均具有很重要的调控作用。其表达失衡与肿瘤的发生发展关系密切。近年来,CK2的研究取得一些重要的进展,鉴于与肿瘤的发生发展的密切联系,有关蛋白激酶CK2的研究越来越受到人们的关注,尤其是其在肿瘤及其他相关疾病的发生发展中所起的作用以及在肿瘤治疗中的应用。
Protein kinase CK2 is a highly conserved protein serine/threonine kinase that is ubiquitously distributed in eukaryotes,where it functions in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progres- sion, apoptosis, transcription, and viral infection, as well as in tumorigenesis and metastasis. In recent years, many studies suggest that CK2 prevent cells from apoptosis through the regulation of tumor suppressor and oncogene activity. Consequently, CK2 are being considered as a potential therapeutic target of cancer now, and strategies to inhibit CK2 have been ongoing in pre-clinical trials.
