摘要 研究了一种基于未变性胶原生物表面活性剂(简称LSCS)在水溶液中的表面吸附性质。LSCS生物表面活性剂经表面张力法测得其临界胶束浓度(CMC)为2.0×10-3mg/mL,在CMC时表面张力为54.5mN/m;LSCS水溶液的表面饱和吸附量为6.61×10-11mol/cm2,其吸附等温线属于Langmuir型等温线。经Gibbs吸附公式分析表明:LSCS水溶液的表面吸附在标准状态下能自发进行。 The surface adsorption properties of undenatured collagen - based biosurfactant in aqueous solution (LSCS) were studied. The critical micelle concentration (CMC) of LSCS determined by surface tension method is 2.0 × 10 -3 mg/mL and surface tension is 54.5mN/m at CMC. The surface saturated adsorption of LSCS solution is 6.61 × 10 -11 mol/cm2 and the adsorption isotherm belonged to Langmuir - type isotherm. The Gibbs adsorption equation analysis shows that the surface adsorption of LSCS in aqueous could be spontaneous at the standard condition.
