摘要
采用法国力克公司生产的非接触式智能三维人体测量仪,测量18例22~25岁体型接近160/84A的健康女性人体,并截取过乳头部位的胸围曲线,以5°定1个点,借助MatLab 7.0编程计算,得到18例女体胸围曲线上的平均点坐标,即标准女体胸围点坐标。在此基础上,运用Origin软件对标准女体胸围点坐标进行曲线方程拟合,在确保曲线拟合优度R2较高的基础上,考虑到女体胸围曲线曲率计算的便利性,最终选择函数表达式相对较为简洁的二次多项式函数作为表示标准女体胸部曲线的函数,为进一步计算女性胸围1周所受服装压力提供了数据基础。
A smart 3D body scan instrument made by Lectra company in France was used for measuring 18 healthy female participants ageing from 22 to 25,whose bodies were all close to 160/84A,and the bust curves over the nipple were intercepted in the software of the instrument.The paper set a point every 5°and found out the average coordinates of the points on 18 female body bust curves by writting code in MatLab 7.0,namely,the coordinates of the points on standard female body bust curve.Based on the coordinates of the points,the standard female body bust curve was fitted by using Origin software.To ensure a higher R^2,taking into account the convenience of calculating the curvature of female body bust curve,the relatively simple quadratic polynomial function was finally chosen to express the function of standard female body bust curve,which provided a data base for further calculation of the clothing pressure on female body bust.
