摘要
介绍了多电池组储能系统中常用几种电池充放电变换器的主电路拓扑和工作原理,并对与电池连接的双向DC-DC变换器的控制策略进行了研究。研制了一台由3路双向DC-DC变换器和1路双向PWM变流器构成的电池充放电系统,功率为120kW,能满足3路电池的独立充放电要求。在锂电池储能系统中的实验结果表明,研制的双向DC-DC变换器,具有电池充电、电池放电、孤岛运行和电池互充放电等多种功能,而且充电电流纹波电流小于0.5%,波形平滑,可适用于多组,宽范围电压的电池组的充放电要求。
It introduces the main circuit topology and working principle of the battery charging and discharging converter in multiple battery energy storage system,a ndstudies the control strategy for bi-directional DC-DC converters connecting with the battery. A battery charge and discharge system composed of three groups of bi-directional DC-DC converters and one bi-directional PWM converter is developed,w hosepower is 120 kW,which canmeet the need for independent charge and discharge of three groups of batteries. Experimental results in the lithium battery energy storage system show that the bi-directional DC-DC converter has multiple functions,such asbattery charging,battery discharge,islanding operation,battery charge and discharge with each other. The charge current ripple current is less than 0.5% with smooth waveform,which is applicable to multiple,w ide-range voltage battery charge and discharge.
