摘要
目的:探讨慢性牙周炎患者与其口腔中的幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)的相关性。方法:依据HP特异的尿素酶C和cagA基因设计引物,建立PCR方法。检测37例牙周炎患者口腔菌斑和含漱液中的HP,同时设立牙周健康对照组,比较两组的检测结果。结果:尿素酶C基因在牙周炎组的阳性率为64.8%,健康组为38.5%;尿素酶C基因和cagA基因共同阳性率在牙周炎组为32.4%,健康组为7.7%;两组差异有统计学意义;且轻型牙周炎患者口腔HP阳性率低于中、重型患者。龈下菌班HP阳性率高于龈上菌斑。结论:HP参与了慢性牙周炎的致病过程,抑或是加强了其它因素的致病过程,HP与牙周炎有相关性。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and periodontitis.Method:A polymerase chain reaction(PCR) assay with oligonucleotide primers homologous to a portion of the u-rease C and cytotoxin-associated gene A(cagA) ofHpwas used to test for the presence ofHpin dental plaque.Thirty-seven patients with periodontitis and 38 healthy persons were studied to compare the results of the two Groups.Result:In the periodontitis group,64.8 % f the tested samples was ureasc gene positive,and 32.4 % was positive for both urease C and cagA genes.In healthy persons,38.5 % of the tested samples was urease C gene posi-tive and 7.7 % was positive for both urease C and cagA genes.There was a significantly difference between the twogroups(P 0.01).The Hp-positive rate of the major periodontitis was enhanced obviously to minor peciodontitis.The Hp-positive rate of subgingival plaque was significantly higher than that of supragingival plague.Conclusion:HP participates the formation of the chronic periodontitis or it increases the pathogenic effect of other factors.
