介孔Zr(HPO_4)_2的合成及表征

摘要 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法配合水热晶化合成了具有短程有序介孔结构的层状化合物Zr(HPO4)2。通过XRD、N2吸附、HRTEM等技术对样品的物相、孔结构和形貌进行了表征,结果表明,按n(CTAB)∶n(Zr)=0.8引入CTAB作为模板剂所合成的前驱体在120℃水热晶化48h,可以得到比表面积为66.9m2/g、孔容为0.11cm3/g、平均孔径为8.1nm的单相Zr(HPO4)2结晶化合物。 Layer compound Zr(HPO4 )2 with ordered mesoporous structure was synthesized via sol-gel route combined with hydrothermat treatment using CTAB as template, and its phase, pore structure and morphology was characterized by x-ray diffraction,Ne sorption and high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM). The results show that single phase compound Zr(HPO4)2 whose specific surface area, pore volume and average pore size are 6.9m2/g, 0. 11cm3/g and 8. l nm respectively can be obtained by hydrothermal crystallization of the precursor un-- der 12℃ for 48h as well as using CTAB as template according to n(CTAB) : n(Zr) =0. 8 during the process of syn thesis the sol precursor.
