摘要
为保障混凝土泵车的安全可靠运行,提高工程机械设备的使用效率,开发了基于混凝土泵车的便携式状态监测与故障诊断系统,详细介绍了该系统的总体结构、软硬件配置及软件监测诊断功能.通过在中联系列泵车上的实际运用,证明了其很强的实用性和有效性,为泵车的正常运行和维护发挥了重要作用.
In order to guarantee the safe and reliable operation and effecient performance of boom pumps,a portable condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is developed.In details,the system framework configuration,software and hardware configuration and software functionality are presented.With industrial applications for the boom pump series produced by Zoomlion Company,the system practicality and effectiveness have been proven.Accordingly,this approach secures a crucial role in operation and maintenance upon boom pumps.
