摘要
对带有U形缺口的圆柱形试件,利用有限元分析软件计算各种多轴循环加载情况下缺口根部的局部应力应变场,给出并讨论缺口根部的局部应力应变响应及其数值结果.计算结果表明:对恒幅拉伸与变幅扭转复合加载,恒幅拉伸载荷分量在一般性的缺口尖端应力应变场分析中可以忽略;非比例加载相位差的存在对滞回线的偏移有一定影响;对变幅拉伸与变幅扭转载荷复合加载,两种载荷分量都影响滞回线的形状,影响程度取决于其在双轴加载中的相对应力幅值大小.
For cylindric specimen with U-type circumferential notch,the local stress-strain response at the notch-root of the specimen to the multiaxial cyclic loadings was calculated by using FE software.The numerical results of local stress-strain curves at the notch-root were presented and discussed.The results showed that the constant tensile loading component could be ignored in an approximate stress-strain field analysis for constant tensile and variable amplitude torsional loading combination.The existence of non-proportional loading phase angle had an effect on stress-strain curves offset;for variable amplitude tensile and variable amplitude torsional loading combination,both tensile and torsional loading components had an effect on the stress-strain curves shape.The main effect would depend on the relative stress amplitude size for bi-axial loading.
