摘要
分析了旋转型永磁涡流制动装置的工作原理,并以地铁车辆为对象设计了一种涡流制动装置的结构。利用ANSYS分析软件对其磁场分布进行分析,得到磁通密度的变化规律。以电磁场理论为基础,利用解析法计算了制动装置的制动力矩。为旋转型涡流制动装置的设计、优化与控制方法等提供了一定的依据。
This paper analyzes the principle of the rotation permanent magnet eddy current braking firstly.Taking subway vehicle as an example,it designs a type of the brake's structure.Then,it analyzes the brake's magnetic field and gets the law of distribution of magnetic flux density with the help of ANSYS which is a finite element analysis software.Afterward,on the basis of the electromagnetic field theories,it calculates this brake's braking torque by analytical law.The conclusions got from this article provide some foundations for design and optimization as well as the control method of the rotation eddy current brake.
