摘要
在磨矿自动控制系统中,针对磨机电流特性将模糊控制与数学建模结合起来,使磨机处于最佳工作点,产品质量稳定;并有效克服矿石特性变化等各种因素引起的最佳工作点漂移的情况,使控制系统具有能自动跟踪最佳工作点、稳定性好等优点。
The grinding-classification operation control system of the combination of the fuzzy control and mathematical modeling according to the electrical current characteristics of mill make it work in the best operating point, produce a product of stable quality and overcome the best operating point drifting problem occurred from all factors such as the variation of the ore characteristics, etc. The control system has the advantages such as automatic tracking of the best operating point, good stability, and so on.
