摘要
目的:探讨同一病人不同时段采集尿标本对检验结果的影响。方法:用优利特-100型半自动尿分析仪对107名志愿者同一天内的晨尿、2次晨尿进行常规尿沉渣定量和干化学检测,并对结果进行对比分析。结果:2次晨尿除亚硝酸盐、红细胞计数、变形红细胞阳性率低于晨尿外,其余指标均高于晨尿,其中尿糖、尿蛋白、白细胞、上皮细胞、红细胞计数、变形红细胞阳性率具有统计意义。结论:作为尿沉渣、干化学检查的标本,2次晨尿代替晨尿准确性不但无影响,还可做到从排尿到检查在2h内完成,使尿中红、白细胞、管型等成份不变形或溶解。显著提高了尿液分析中某些检验项目的阳性率,建议临床留取2次晨尿进行尿沉渣定量和干化学检测。
Objective： To explore the inspection result of urine collected in different time.Method： The morning urine and the second morning urine of 107 cases were dectected by arena ration and dry chemistry with uritest-100 semi-automatic analyzer.And then compared the result.Result： All the index were superior in the second morning urine to those in the morning urine except the urine NTT The count of RBC deformation positive rate.And those＇s significant difference in urine glucose,protein,WBC and EC,deformation positive rate.Conclusion： The advantage of the second morning urine for the specimen of arena and dry chemistry inspection.There＇s no distortion or dissolved of urine red and white cell.The arena ration and dry chemistry inspection for the second morning urine can improve the detecting postitive rate of some item in urine.
