摘要
螺旋泄流槽折流板冷凝器具有显著提高冷凝换热效率、减少能源损耗、降低生产成本等优点,但其螺旋角与冷凝传热系数大小的关系比较复杂。根据试验条件下的每一个螺旋角度,设计的计算程序能对相应的冷凝器壳程冷凝传热系数、放热量和吸热量进行计算,并给出试验条件下冷凝传热系数经验计算公式的程序及介质物性的调用程序。
Spiral baffled plate condenser with release trough improved heat transfer efficiency obviously, reduced the loss of the energy and the cost of production, and so on, but the relationship between the spiral angle and condensing heat transfer coefficient is very complex. The calculation program software was designed which base on experimental condition, according to every spiral angle could do the calcula- tion of the condensing heat transfer coefficient, the calculation of the heat absorption, and the calculation of the heat output, and give out empirical calculation formula of condensing heat transfer coefficient and media physical property of calling calculation formula.
