摘要
芥子油苷是一类含氮、含硫的次生代谢产物,可以介导植物与环境之间的相互作用,其合成受茉莉酸类物质的调控。对拟南芥莲座叶进行外源茉莉酸甲酯喷施处理,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术分析了处理后莲座叶中响应茉莉酸基因PDF1.2的表达,并利用高效液相色谱法检测了芥子油苷各组分的含量。结果表明,茉莉酸甲酯处理后,PDF1.2基因的表达量显著上调,在24 h达到最高值,表明外源茉莉酸甲酯能够显著诱导茉莉酸依赖的信号反应;吲哚族和脂肪族芥子油苷各组分含量均发生变化,绝大多数在处理24 h显著上调。表明外源茉莉酸可诱导拟南芥莲座叶中吲哚族和脂肪族芥子油苷的积累,且在处理24 h诱导作用最为明显。
Glucosinolate is a group of nitrogen- and sulfur-containing plant natural product found mainly in Brassicaceae families, it may mediate the interaction between plants and environment. The biosynthesis of glucosinolates is regulated by jasmonates. In this study, Arabidopsis thaliana rosette leaves were sprayed with exogenous jasmonic acid methyl, and the expression of PDF1.2 gene and the content of glucosinolates were analyzed. The results showed that the expression of jasmonic acid response gene PDF1.2 significantly increased after the treatment with jasmonic acid methyl, and reached to the highest level at 24 h; both indolic and aliphatic glucosinolates components were also affected, and most of them significantly increased at 24 h. The results indicated that exogenous jasmonic acid could induce accumulation of the indolic and aliphatic glucosinolates in Arabidopsis rosette leaves, and this induction was the most effective at 24 h after the treatment.
