摘要
重型塔式起重机屋面拆除是目前国内超高层施工中必须考虑的问题。结合珠江新城西塔M900D重型塔式起重机的拆除方法及拆除过程,提出了相关重型塔式起重机高空拆除的施工思路及要点。介绍了施工工艺,并对拆除塔式起重机基础进行了力学分析。在拆除过程中,拆除设备的布置应相对集中,拆除设备基础与结构的连接应尽量位于结构的强点,基础构件应选用箱形截面。
Demolition of hercules crane must be considered in super high-rise building construction.Based on the demolition method and process of MD900 hercules crane in Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower,key points of high altitude demolition are proposed,and construction technique is introduced.Mechanical analysis of the demolition equipment basement is made.The engineering practice shows that layout of demolition equipment should be centralized on,joints of base of demolition equipment and structure should be located on strong parts,basement component should be box section.
