摘要
目的探讨护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的54例糖尿病肾病血液透析患者临味资料，比较进行护理干预前后SCL-90评分和生活质量评分。结果经护理干预后，患者的SCL-90评分各因子和生活质量各项指标与干预前相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论实施整体护理干预对糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的生活质量有明显提高。
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life in hemodialysis patient with diabetic nephropathy studied. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 54 patients admitted to hospital, hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy with clinical data, comparative analysis of the SCL -90 score and the quality of life score in patients before and after nursing intervention. Results There was remarkable different in four field of SCL - 90 and four field of quality of life （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in patients before and after nursing intervention. Conclusion The implementation of the nursing inter- vention can significantly improve the quality of life in hemodialysis patient with diabetic nephropathy.
