摘要 目的:探讨鼻咽癌动态增强的CT 特征,材料和方法:82 例经病理证实的原发鼻咽癌, 鼻咽部平扫后对兴趣区行同层动态增强扫描。采用ELSCINT CT- Twin 双螺旋扫描机,用自动压力注射器注药。分别测量平扫和增强后不同时刻的CT 值, 统计学处理并描绘其动态增强的时间- 密度曲线。结果:1.NPC 平扫时的CT 值均数为42 .83 ±4 .63 Hu ,增强后CT 值呈动态变化,至60 秒时达峰值,均数为79 .69 ±9 .96Hu 。2. 平扫与增强后20 -300 秒内各组CT 值均数比较有显著性差异。3. 鼻咽癌增强后30 - 300 秒内各时刻组间的CT 值均数比较无显著性差异。结论:鼻咽癌的动态增强CT 特征曲线为速升缓降型,注射造影剂后60 秒左右病变强化最明显。 Purpose:To evaluate the characteristics of the enhanced Density-Time curve of NPC(Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma)by dynamic spiral CT.Materials and Methods:82 cases of primary NPC comfirmed pathologically were examined by spiral CT-Twin.The CT numbers of the regions of interest(ROI) at various acquisition times(0s,20s,30s,40s,50s,60s,90s,120s,180s,210s,240s,270s,300s after the beginning of contrast injection)were collected.The CT number differences of various acquisition times were analysed statistically.The Dynamic CT Density-Time curve was established.Results:1.There were significant differences of CT numbers between the contrast scans and the plain scans.2.The difference of the CT numbers of contrast scans taken from 30s to 300s postcontrastly were not significant for each other. Conclusion:The typical curve of NPC is a rapidly ascending-slowly descending one.The peak CT value is around 60sec postcontrastly at 79.69±9.96Hu.
