摘要
针对某企业车间生产能力管理的功能需求,分析集成环境下车间生产能力平衡管理功能模型,建立浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式的系统框架,开发出网络环境下车间生产能力平衡系统,实现了车间计划编制、能力负荷评估和生产能力平衡,并对车间生产能力进行有效控制,提高了车间生产效率,降低了车间生产成本,还与车间管理系统实现了有效集成。
Aiming at the functional requirements of workshop capacity management in an enterprise, it analyzes the functional model of workshop capacity balance management in the integrated environment. Based on B/S mode, it establishes the workshop capacity balance system architecture framework ,develops the workshop planning,capacity load assessment and capacity balance. This system can control the workshop capacity, improve the efficiency of workshop production, reduce the cost of production. It also achieve an effective integration with the workshop management system.
