摘要
透过食性的角度来研究食养理论与实践的萌芽、初步形成、形成、补充、发展。旨在得出如下结论:食养理念是在食性的认识基础上并以中医药理论为依托,它的进一步发展提高有赖于中医药理论的应用及食材性能的研究,并可促进中医药事业的发展及食材的应用。
Through the study of the budding,initial forming,forming,renewing,and development of food-oriented health-preserving theory and practice from the perspective of feeding performance,to draw a conclusion as follows: the philosophy of food-oriented health-preserving is based on the knowledge of feeding performance and the theory of TCM;its further development depends on the application of TCM theories and the study on medicated food functions,and it will promote the development of TCM industry and the application of medicated foods.
