摘要
以三电平电压源型逆变器为研究对象,分析了三电平电压源型逆变器中点电压不平衡产生的原因及影响。针对三电平逆变器中常用的空间电矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector PWM,SVPWM)算法,提出了一种调节中点电压的新方法。该方法控制算法简单,避免了因合成矢量作用时间过短导致的电压脉冲和作用时间小于死区时间的情况,并能控制中点电压波动在合理范围,同时,对所提出的算法进行了仿真验证,取得了良好的效果(中点电压波动控制在桥壁电压±5%以内),证实了提出中点电压控制算法的正确性。
The causes and effects of the neutral-point potential unbalance in three-level voltage source inverters are studied.A new method of neutral-point potential stabilization for commonly used space vector PWM scheme is proposed.The control algorithm is simple and avoids the situation where the acting time of voltage pulses is shorter than dead zone caused by the short duration of synthesizing vector.Simulation shows that the proposed algorithm is efficient(controlling the neutral point potential fluctuation within ±5% of that of bridge arms).
