民生档案是企业档案管理的主要组成部分,只有准确把握石油企业民生档案的内涵,整合石油企业民生档案,提高民生档案的管理和服务质量,才能发挥民生档案的作用,服务社会,服务民生。
The people＇s livelihood archives are the main components in enterprise management.Only accurately grasping the connotation,conforming the archives as well as improving the management and service quality that the people＇s livelihood archives of petroleum enterprise belongs,can develop the service function of the people＇s livelihood archives of petroleum enterprise.
