对影响活性石灰消耗的各工艺因素进行了全面分析，指出了导致50吨转炉活性石灰消耗高的直接原因是碱度控制高。
Every factors of the active lime consumption per ton were comprehensive analyzed.It put forwards the cause of active lime high consumption that the alkalinity （ R ） was higher.
