摘要
为了摆脱国外对隧道盾构施工同步注浆工艺中使用的液压泵的技术垄断,为市场提供质优价廉的注浆泵,黑旋风工程机械开发有限公司通过长期分析研究国内外多种同类产品的优缺点后,针对盾构同步注浆的工艺特点,结合试验机型多年成功应用后积累的丰富经验,运用机械、液压、电器、信息传感与通信等多学科技术,采用自动润滑的双缸双作用双泵头的柱塞结构,利用电液比例和PLC控制,用流量和压力传感器及人机界面作信息采集和处理的工具,研制出了具有自我知识产权的DZ100系列盾尾注浆泵。通过模拟工况试验,其性能完全满足盾构施工同步注浆工艺的需要,同时具有进口泵所不具备的可双液注浆、连续注浆、劈裂注浆、无堵塞注浆等性能特点。
In order to get rid of the monopolization of foreign countries in the technology of hydraulic pumps used for simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling and provide contractors with grouting pumps with superior quality and competitive price,Black Whirlwind Engineering Machinery Development Co.,Ltd.(BW in short) has made great efforts to develop grouting pumps.After a long-time analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of various grouting pumps,BW has developed DZ100 series of grouting pumps for simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling,which has independent intellectual property right.The trial of DZ100 series of grouting pumps under simulated working conditions demonstrates that they can satisfy the requirements of simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling and have unique properties compared to imported grouting pumps.
