摘要
为给我国争取北极航线权益提供建议,在提出北极航线地缘政治格局概念和北极航线地缘政治格局演变趋势研究的基础上,运用能量地形理论和仿真方法预测未来北极航线地缘政治的3种格局.该方法可为我国获取北极航线权益提供科学的研究手段和理论支持.
To provide suggestions for China on gaining the rights and interests about Arctic route,based on the proposed concept of geopolitical framework of Arctic route and the study of its development trend,three geopolitics frameworks of Arctic route are predicted by using the theory of energy landscape and simulation method.This method can provide scientific study method and theoretical support for China to gain the rights and interests about Arctic route.
